Terms & Agreement

By purchasing a Reserved Trailer & Paddock Spot, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Spots are non-transferable and may not be sublet or shared.
• The assigned parking area must be kept clean and free of garbage or debris at all times.
• Hamilton Karting Complex reserves the right to temporarily relocate paddock assignments for regional or national events.
• Securing the trailer with suitable locks and security devices is the sole responsibility of the owner.
• Trailer insurance is optional and available upon request.
